Indilinxコントローラ情報+Vertex30GB, Buffalo30GB, Solidata K5-64, HDD2台

   こんばんは。

TranscendからIndilinxコントローラ搭載のSSDが発売されるようなのですが、そのデータシートがアップされていました。

これによると、やはり個々のデータは8バイトのunsigned long longとして扱うようです。また、各データの意味は以下の通りです。
01(001) Power on Hours
09(009) Device power cycle count

残りのうち、既知の情報によるとD1は残り寿命のパーセンテージのようですが、D2とD3の内容は分かりませんでした。それに、詳細が説明されていないので何を表しているのか謎なエントリが何個もあります。
あと、CE,CF,D0の値はなんか変です。こちらで報告されている方の例をいくつか拝見させていただきましたが、D0が1000増えるごとにD1が1減っているようです。MLCの場合、10000回ぐらいが寿命のはずなので、D0が100増えるごとにD1が1減らないといけない気がします。
D0の平均値の単位が0.1なら分かるのですが、最大値・最小値の単位が0.1ってのも意味分かりませんし、何なんでしょう?
また、CE,CFとD0の値が離れすぎてる場合があるのも気になります。手持ちのVertexではMax=1241,Ave=364,Min=14になっています。また、こちらで報告されている方の例ですと、Ecopointさんの例ではMax=5470,Ave=88,Min=1, かわさんの例ではMax=13473,Ave=2744,Min=0といった感じです。
ほんとにウェアレベリングが機能してるのか不安になりますね…
